"I am a contractor at FT Hood, TX, and utilize a generator daily. One of my co-workers needed a generator, and I found Marine Outlet on the internet and went there in Oct 2008. We were met by Mr. Billy Ray, (who is an extremely nice person) and was shown the various makes and models. My co-worker was not high pressured, and he purchased a Yamaha unit. At this time I thought this was an extremely friendly place of business.
On May 6, 2009, My Honda 3000 EUis, quit running, and in my work the generator is very neccessary for various tasks. I called Marine Outlet, and spoke with Brady (service manager) who took a interest in my problem, I went to Temple, and as I walked in I was greeted by Rick Smith Owner, who assigned Randy to help, me. Within 1 hour Glen (service tech) had located the problem, and had my unit running. Their knowledge/attitude was the greatest of any I have experienced. My gratitude, Thanks, go to your organization of top notch people, with friendly attitudes towards customers. My other co-worker also returned that afternoon, and bought a second Yamaha generator, baised on his treatment by the staff on his first purchase. Rick, you have a great business, great emplyees, and great attitudes. I shall continue to return for parts, and friendly service. Again thank you for fast, fair, friendly service, Carl....."
